I think no makeup user should be without a good moisturiser! I use Simple moisturiser and I love it as it keeps your skin from going dry and helps makeup application easier. It keeps your face fresh and healthy. and helps soften the skin.

'Our Hydrating Light Moisturiser is a perfect blend of ingredients to help keep your skin replenished and hydrated. Perfect for even sensitive skin.'

Reviews-

'I have used this product every single day for over 10 years! This does mean my review is a little one sided as I cannot compare it to other like products as I have never had a reason to change'

'This moisturizer is great. I have very dry skin, and most moisturizers just dry my skin out even more. This product gives my skin a GREAT moisture balance, I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely buy again!'

"Absolutely gorgeous variety of neutrals, shimmer/sheen/matte (wish they had more of)
The Naked 2 can go a long way from a natural look to an amazing smokey eye for a night out.
Very universal."

"For months I have used only this palette, and nothing else, it has all you need for a neutral to smokey eyes look, absolutely love it. Cant live without it."

"I love this product, the colours are brilliant, and I use all of them, something which rarely happens with a palette."

Plays that are on just now in the UK that use wigs!

Top 3 uses of wigs in films i love!

1. Hairspray - All wigs in this movie are similar and are styled in retro updos to give it the old fashioned 60s look.

2. The Grinch - I love the wigs in this film as they are all very different and unusual like the character Cindy Lou. The wigs are wired to shape.

3.Napolean Dynamite - Napolean is the quirky main character in this film. He wears a curly wig to show that he is a teenager who is not very popular and quite geeky.

Top 5 examples of makeup in films I love!

1. Edward Scissorhands - I love how the makeup & hair is very dramatic and SFX is used for the scars on his face. The Makeup artist for the film is Ve Neill who has also worked on Beetlejuice, Mrs Doubtfire & Pirates of the Caribbean.

2. Tim Burtons Alice in Wonderland - I love the makeup in this film as it is very over the top & dramatic and I love that Valli O'reilly the MUA keeps Alice's look very plain & simple to show that she is not like the other chracters as bright & bold colours are used on them.

3. Black Swan - The MUA for this film is Judy Chin. She does a massive makeup transformation on Natalie Portman from the innocent white swan to the edgy black swan. Using dark colours & red contacts to emphasise the danger in the eyes.

 4. X Men - Rick Baker is the SFX MUA for this film. The character Mystique is head to toe in full blue paint & scales to make her look more like an alien. I love this as its full body paint so you would need to make sure everywhere is covered.

5.Hellboy - The makeup used for the character in this film was all foam prosthetic pieces, including his pecs, a skull cap, and full-facial prosthetic that covered everything except his lower lip. The MUA for this film was Jake Garber who was also MUA in Hellboy 2.

Wet set curl!

In our hairdressing class we took sections of the hair & wet them with water before adding in rollers to the whole head. We then set the hair by sitting it under a dryer for 20 minutes then removed the rollers & ended up with lovely curls!
